Founded in 2013, Leveling the Playing Field emerged in response to the growing inequity in youth sports. Our founder saw the vast amount of equipment wasted across all levels of sports and created a ""food bank"" for sports equipment. Since then, we've been committed to ensuring that cost is not a barrier for kids to play.
