Fit & sizing tips

  • Skates run small

    Go about 1.5 sizes below a men's shoe size for senior skates, one size down for junior and youth.

  • Helmets should hug

    A helmet should sit snug without rocking. If it shifts when you shake your head, size down.

  • Measure for shin guards

    Measure in inches from the ankle bone to the middle of the kneecap with the leg slightly bent.
