Fit & sizing tips

  • Stick length by position

    Attack and midfielders run shorter sticks (40 to 42 inches); defenders go long (52 to 72 inches).

  • Helmet fit first

    Snug at the brow with the chin strap tight, and no wobble when you shake your head.

  • Pads follow age

    Shoulder and arm pads are sized by age group more than by measurements. Check the age tag on each listing.
